Terms of Service

Last updated September 27, 2026

Draft. This document is a starting point and must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before LivePaid accepts real funds.

1. What LivePaid is

LivePaid is software that helps people launch tokens on third-party venues (such as pump.fun and pons) and route those tokens’ creator fees to the Twitch, Kick or YouTube channel a token references. LivePaid is not a bank, broker, exchange or investment adviser, and is not affiliated with YouTube, Google, Twitch, Kick, or any creator shown on the site unless a profile says otherwise.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract, and you may not use LivePaid where it is prohibited by law or if you are subject to sanctions.

3. Launching tokens

Tokens are created on third-party venues under their own terms. You are responsible for what you launch, including its name, image and description. Do not impersonate a creator or imply that a creator endorses a token. Token creation and fee-recipient settings may be irreversible.

4. Creator fees

When a token’s creator-fee recipient is set to LivePaid, LivePaid claims those fees and splits them: 80% is attributed to the referenced channel and 20% is retained by LivePaid. If the channel publishes a donate button LivePaid can pay, the creator share may be sent there automatically. Otherwise it is held against the channel ID until the channel owner verifies and claims. Amounts, splits and methods may change with notice.

5. Verification and claims

Channel owners verify with a one-time code or Google sign-in. LivePaid may delay, limit or hold a payout to protect creators, including cooldowns after a payout destination changes and rolling daily limits. LivePaid may refuse a claim it reasonably believes is fraudulent.

6. Unclaimed balances

Unclaimed balances do not expire. They stay held against the channel ID until the channel owner verifies and claims them. Creators may opt out of attribution at any time.

7. Risks

Creator tokens are experimental and may be volatile, illiquid, impersonated or lose all value. Nothing on LivePaid is financial advice. See Risk disclosures in the docs.

8. Prohibited use

No fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, impersonation, infringement, or attempts to interfere with the service or other users’ funds.

9. Disclaimers and liability

LivePaid is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LivePaid is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party venues, blockchains or wallets.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: legal@uselivepaid.com.
